The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is used as an office and the computer/internet can be used by guests. It also has a large living room, proper dining room, a TV room/lounge area, kitchen, large balcony, as well as front and back yard.
Guests receive their private room with their private bathroom (detached).
The apartment is located in the quiet Ravenswood neighborhood and is very easily accessible. The Metra line is 1 block from the apartment and takes you downtown in 13 minutes.
Chicago has two neighborhoods that are gay. The old Boystown is accessible via bus (#22 or #36) and via subway (red line and brown line) and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. However most gays and lesbian moved away and the new area is now Andersonville, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. The German area (Lincoln Square) is also only a 10 minute walk away.
